BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE), a subsidiary of Constellation
Energy (NYSE: CEG), today announced that its board of directors has
declared quarterly dividends at the specified rate for all of its
outstanding preference stock, payable January 3, 2012, to shareholders
of record at the close of business on December 12, 2011.
